1. What Spoofy is

Spoofy is an independent companion for Tinder: a website, a web app and an Android app that let you use your own Tinder account with extra tools. Spoofy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by Tinder or Match Group. "Tinder" is a trademark of its owner.

2. Who can use it

• You must be 18 or older.
• You may only use Spoofy with a Tinder account that is yours.
• By using Spoofy you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Tinder's own rules, and the risk you take

Tinder's terms do not allow unofficial clients or automated use. Using Spoofy, and in particular Multi-Liker, Auto-Swipe and scheduled Auto-Swipe, may lead Tinder to limit, suspend or ban your account. That decision is Tinder's, and we cannot prevent or reverse it. You use Spoofy at your own risk.

Spoofy works by talking to Tinder on your behalf. Tinder can change or block this at any time, so any feature may stop working without notice.

4. How you may use it

Use Spoofy the way you would use a dating app: for your own personal, lawful use. You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone;
• send spam, advertising or bulk messages;
• collect, copy or publish other people's profiles, photos or messages;
• use Spoofy with someone else's account, or sell access to yours;
• attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer our servers, or get around the limits built into the app.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Estimates are estimates

"Already Liked Me", probabilities, "likes left" and Insights are estimates worked out from what Tinder returns to your own account. They can be wrong. Do not rely on them.

6. Your session and your data

To work, the web app keeps your signed-in Tinder session on our server, and, if you switch them on, checks your inbox and runs scheduled swipes for you. The Privacy Policy explains what is stored and how to download or delete it. Keep your devices and your Spoofy PIN to yourself: you are responsible for what is done through your session.

7. Price and tips

Spoofy is free and has no ads. Tips through TipIns are voluntary, do not buy any feature or guarantee, and are handled by TipIns under its own terms.

8. The Android app

The Android app is offered as a direct APK download from this site. Install it only from sspoofy.com. You are responsible for allowing installs from outside the Play Store on your device.

9. No warranty

Spoofy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce matches, replies or any other result.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the loss, restriction or banning of your Tinder account, lost matches or conversations, or lost data, arising from your use of Spoofy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country says cannot be limited.

11. Ending use

You can stop at any time: log out, delete your data from Settings, Sessions and data, and uninstall the app. We may change, pause or shut down Spoofy or any feature at any time.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and say so in the app; continuing to use Spoofy after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: use "Report a problem" in the app's Settings.
